Testing of the New z-30 | 8.4V Li-Ion Battery Packs

pilot Amit G's test flight with Li-Ion z-30

We are coming  up with a new product!

The prototype has been tested on several 3D planes, warbirds, sports aerobatics as well as giant jets since the start of year 2018.

The 3000 milliampere unit comes with a good drain power for abusive aerobatic maneuvers. One of our test pilots did four (4) full 15-min flights with 2 packs on his 80cc Yak. The packs were also on running parallel for the ignition of the engine.

The aircraft flew  on six (6) Futaba BLS HV servos, direct and unregulated. It felt much lighter than that of when using LiPos. Rolling Harrier manoeuvre was significantly “easier” as the pilot confidently did the rolls feets above ground. Other stunts like Pop Tops, Snap Rolls and Harriers seem a lot manageable than before.

“It basically gives a very smooth transition from start to the finish of flight.” said Pilot Amit G. “I can feel the consistent power output from the batteries. They just feel lighter, more anticipated handling from the controls. They are giving me the confidence to do my stunts lower than usual, over and over again.”
